CHRISTMAS EVENT 2025 - Stalls
Hedon Town Council will once again be running their annual Christmas event, that will be held on Friday 28th November 2025. The event shall run as usual between 5pm to approximately 8.30/9pm.
I am pleased to announce that stall places for the 2025 Christmas event are now open! All the information regarding the event is attached to this post, with everything that you would need to know if you wished to attend.
If you are interested in being a part of the event, please return the completed booking form to
civicofficer@hedon.gov.uk and submit payment by BACS. You can also call into the Town Hall (Wed/Thur/Fri 9am to 3pm) and pay by cash or cheque. Please note, this is for craft stalls only, hot food and drinks vendor applications are dealt with separately.
If paying by BACS, please reference your payment with your business name. BACS payments will be checked weekly and a confirmation email sent once your booking form AND payment have been received.
