The Town Council has set a budget which demonstrates its continuing commitment to supporting community events and continues to budget for the long-term benefit to residents.
Hedon Town Council set the precept for 2024-2025 at £256,600 a 15% increase from the previous year, which equates to a £15.19/year or 29p/week increase per Band D household per annum.
Hedon Town Council precept change of the previous three years:
2021/22 – 0%, 2022/23 - 0%, 2023/24 – 3%, equating to an average increase of 4.5% over 4 years.
