Hedon Museum is reached from Watmough's Arcade, off St. Augustine's Gate, and is signposted when open - the door is down a passageway between the shops and houses (please refer to the map).

The museum is open on Wednesdays and Saturdays from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. Admission is free, and refreshments are available for visitors. There is a small shop on the ground floor which sells souvenirs, local publications etc.

Also available at the museum and open to the general public are "Learn to Email" classes, every Wednesday and Saturday from 10 till 4.
