From 14 July Hedon will be served by a new Wednesday bus service, number 84. It will run a circuit of the whole town from 10.55am to 11.23am and to a return run from 1.40pm to 2.08pm. It will be free for those with bus passes and just £1 for other users, and you can hail it anywhere to hop on and hop off. The service is funded by East Riding of Yorkshire Council for six months; but, if it proves popular, the Town Council will look to take it on as a permanent service for residents. Copies of the timetable can be picked up from the Town Hall and various shops around the town. I hope you find the service useful and it proves popular enough for the Town Council to continue to support it in the future. Read More...
