#HEDFEST18

 It's back!

PROGRAMMES NOW ON SALE AND ARE ONLY £2 FROM THE TOWN HALL AND VARIOUS VENUES

After a break for a year the Hedon Festival with music and entertainment for all is back for its third event on SATURDAY 7 JULY.  #Hedfest18 will differ from previous festivals in that it will be a free event with the Hedon Town Council, pub venues and others working together to put on a programme of acts, bands, comedy and performance poetry.

A key feature once again will be the town Carnival Parade which will bring festival colours and sounds to the streets of Hedon.  After its gap year, Hedfest18 intends to put the town back firmly on the local festival map to excite both residents and visitors.

This is a definite date to note in your diary:

#Hedfest18 takes place on Saturday 7 July from 12 noon until 12 midnight.

Swimming Pool - South Holderness Technology College

Following the well publicised reduction in funding by the school for the swimming pool and sports hall facility, Hedon Town Council feels it is vitally important that these important facilities are not lost to residents of Hedon and the surrounding area.

In order to ensure their retention they need to be used - 'USE IT OR LOSE IT!'

From feedback it appears that it is not always easy to find out when the swimming pool is open - you can find out easily by using the following link:

 http://www.eastridingleisure.co.uk/south-Holderness-sports-centre/

Swimming pool programmes are also available from the Town Hall.

Other opening times for South Holderness Leisure Centre are as follows:

Gym:                 Monday to Friday - 09:00 - 22:00

                          Saturday to Sunday - 09:00 - 21:00

 Sports Hall:     Monday to Friday - 18:00 - 22:00

                          Saturday to Sunday - 09:00 - 21:00

REMEMBER - USE IT OR LOSE IT!
